Return Policy
Our pieces are built from solid materials with an inherent artisan character. Natural materials and hand-finished processes mean no two items are exactly alike—and we love that. Variations in texture, tone, and patina are part of the story, not imperfections.
That said, we stand by the quality of our work and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Here’s how we handle returns and support:
Defects + Damage:
- Please inspect your delivery when it arrives. Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 7 days.
- We’ll gladly accept returns for manufacturer defects or shipping damage reported within that timeframe.
- After 7 days, any issues will be considered accepted as-is.
Fit + Responsibility:
- Please double-check that your items will fit through all doorways and into the final space—we can’t accept returns for items that don’t fit.
- Items that have been scratched, stained, drilled, modified, or otherwise altered after delivery can’t be returned.
Returns + Refunds:
- Items returned for reasons other than damage or defect may be subject to a restocking fee up to 100%.
- Refunds are issued in the original payment form. Cash/check purchases will be refunded via corporate check (please allow up to 30 business days).
- Delivery and installation fees may be non-refundable.
